RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We can not issue refunds but if we sent you the wrong size, item, a damaged item, or in any other way made an error with your order, we will exchange or send you the correct item.

Returns

Because every item is made to order, we can not accept returns unless we sent you the wrong size, item, a damaged item, or in any other way made an error with your order. It is important that you refer to the sizing charts provided to be sure your desired product will fit you correctly. To inquire about a return or exchange for an erroneous order email us with your order number, reason for your return and any pertaining pictures of your order to contact@send-memes.com.

If your return request is fashion related (i.e. doesn't fit, don't like color, etc.) We cannot accept an exchange or a refund. If your issue is related to the garment (i.e. damaged, misprinted, etc.) we are happy to issue you a full refund to your payment method on file set up a replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@send-memes.com.
